Cookery Workshop: A Spring Entertaining Menu

Saturday March 6, 2010, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM

$75/ person

Learn how to cook a stylish menu perfect for entertaining in late winter/early spring. We’ll learn good timing of preparation & cooking, with emphasis on all that can be made ahead to minimize actual time in the kitchen during your party. We’ll also discuss variations so you can customize the dishes.

 

On the menu:

Savory Citrus & Fennel Salad,

Herb Spiked & Stuffed Pork Roast,

Braised Root Vegetables,

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Sauce & Homemade Vanilla Ice-Cream.

 

Printed recipes provided as well as time to sit down and enjoy the freshly prepared dishes.
